Berend van Veldhuizen

Berend van Veldhuizen was educated as a marine engineer at the Delft University of Technology where he graduated Cum Laude with the master Marine Technology. After extensively investigating the impact of alternative fuels and fuel cells on the design of cruise ships for Damen Shipyards, he started a PhD at the European research project Nautilus where he is designing and integrating sustainable power generation solutions on large ships.
