Wisdom is industrially trained and qualified with a background in software development, leadership skills business managemnet, entreprenuership development, project funding and real estate development which means he is both theory equipped and well honed in the practice. He followed an early career as an IT professional, software developer, food processing, technology business and has had a varied and successful business career some 5 years. In the course of this period he developed an unsurpassable global network of influential commercial, business, cooperate, professional and political contacts. This network is at his disposal to exploit in regard to, amongst other things, real estate, construction, technology, agriculture, Asset Management and Private Placement, and also in the lucrative Commodities and Petroleum markets of the west Africa and the burgeoning Precious Metals market of Africa. He has direct links with an exceptionally strong clientele ranging from Europe to Asia and Africa and attracts funding streams of European,American, Chinese, and Arabian origin for most of his projects. As a young man, Wisdom founded the Wisdom Kwati Smart City – Africa’s first smart city, Wisdom Kwati Children Village – A non profit children village to carter for orphans, and Nigeria Housing for all. He is an experienced and gifted negotiator, readily approachable, with a very pragmatic manner in business, which is as appealing to the powerful and influential as to the regular entrepreneur.
