Sales training is critical to a company’s success. I am a strategic and goal-driven sales leader with 25+ years in training and course development: delivering sales training, increasing sales, designing and writing courses, leading teams of trainers, and directing enterprise initiatives. I have a proven track record of significant improvements in learning processes, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while reducing costs, lowering turnover, and maintaining a positive work environment.

My goal is to develop the next generation of sales leaders. I want to give sales professionals the competitive edge to increase performance and maximize their potential. I created a sales training program that is based upon the D.I.S.C behavior Assessment. We train on how to identify the communication style of the customers you are speaking to in order to close the sale. My Xtreme Sales Execution Training program will show you how to identify your customer's natural communication style so you can adapt your sales strategy to mirror it. Being able to communicate in your customer's natural behavioral style will allow you to gain trust easier and more sales opportunities.   • Upon completion of 20 years in the United States Army (Active), I was ready to go into the Civilian work force. One of the first steps in transitioning to civilian life was counseling. Although my wife and I received counseling prior to getting out of the service, more work was needed. A plan was initiated to seek individual and marriage counseling. The other key approach was taking the DISC assessment that was recommended by my Uncle (Mr. Avery Hicks). We were not sure what to expect, but were surprised by the overall results. After completing the assessment, Mr. Hicks spent time explaining the results for each of us, which was much needed. Within this new chapter in my life, I did not realize how my personality was cultivated and altered by the military service. This explained the false expectations that I placed on my wife and my family. This highlighted the communication gaps and uncovered the truth. The truth was that I required some polishing and needed to rediscover my natural characteristic traits. This also explained the feelings of being lost.
