Audrey Woodley has committed her career to coaching, leading and mentoring women. She is the founder of Changing Oasis Inc. 501c3 , a not-for-profit organization committed to helping clients transform their lives, by walking intentionally within their predestined purpose. She believes that self-efficacy, self-esteem and self-awareness are the pivotal components of one’s ability to actualize and fulfill their mission in life. Audrey is a certified Math teacher in the Chicago Public school system. She has worked in Charter and traditional neighborhood elementary and high schools. She brings a wealth of systematic knowledge to our brainstorming table. Having had such personal experiences in the school system, Audrey is emphatic that what is missing from our classrooms and decision making tables is the voice of the parent.
