Kristen Grant-Evuleocha was born to a single parent household in North, Texas. Kristen was known for being a bully in school. Until her freshmen year at Northwest High School, when Principle Linda Parker recognized the leadership capabilities Kristen possessed, and asked her to organize the first Black History month program for the school district. This responsibility sparked Kristen's interest in being a leader in the community, so much so, that she abandoned her misuse of power and began to encourage her peers to embrace their individualities so that they could make their school a safe bully free environment. In 2011, she founded Advising Generation Z, after completing a 5-month campaign visiting high schools throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area as a promotional model for a media company. It was during her interactions with students from various campuses that Kristen saw young people struggling to find themselves. She instantly became passionate about giving children what she was given while transitioning from teenager to adulthood, which was a strong support system. Kristen graduated from Wiley College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Ethical Leadership and a minor in Conflict Resolution. Kristen is currently pursuing her Masters in Critical and Creative Thinking.
