Many of us feel at the mercy of undesirable circumstances in our lives. The traditional medical system is not equipped to provide holistic support for issues such as discordant desire in relationship, symptoms of menopause, or sexual health issues. I offer a unique viewpoint from the dual perspective of a board-certified physician and a Certified Professional Coach specializing in relationship, intimacy and health. I demonstrate how building a positive set of beliefs and feelings about a situation is critical to achieving freedom and taking powerful steps toward change. By recognizing a person’s inner wisdom, we restore an inner locus of control, allowing individuals to define for themselves what is possible in order to create wellness and harmony in their lives
