Anna Clare Harper

Anna Clare Harper is a Property Investment Strategist and CoFounder of Anglo Residential, a UK residential fund that has secured seed funding to build a £100m+ portfolio of high yielding housing.

She also heads up Strategic Property Investing, a boutique consultancy that specialises in working with private clients who have funds available to invest, but lack a clear approach for investing in UK residential property, in this complex environment. 

Her upcoming book will share what she has learned across 10+ years focused on property, investing and strategy.

Anna is the host of The Return; one of the highest-rated podcasts in the UK ‘property investment’ space on iTunes.

Her experience includes working with funds, individuals and corporates across many millions of pounds worth of deals and strategies, through her own investment businesses, and as a professional consultant in Strategy and Private Equity, at Deloitte, as well as studying the market academically, through a RICS-accredited degree from Cambridge.
