Egmont Philips has a background in leading transitions where creating great customer experiences is the key to success. He originally started in the hotel business but moved to ING in his early career. Until recently he headed up the award winning External Communications team at ING Group in a world where the regaining trust and improving the reputation is a true challenge. Egmont held several posts in multi-channel marketing, PR and sales in the Netherlands & Central & Eastern Europe.
