Born behind the “iron curtain”, Olga was destined to stay in the box. But the fall of “iron curtain” opened up a new world of opportunities. Olga left Russia for Latin America and the US, learned 3 foreign languages, graduated from a top MBA in Europe and built an international career.
Trailblazer, Olga repeatedly stepped out of her comfort zone, as she was often called to support a new opportunity, create a role from scratch, or design a novel approach.
Polymath, she stretched her expertise across multiple industries, from food and agribusiness to consulting, IT and technology. Olga worked for a wide range of companies, from Fortune 500 multinationals to startups. But her focus remained on business expansion and innovation, including:
