I led forming Cloud Training Institute at Deloitte to train & certify team on cloud platform, cloud native technologies & Machine Learning to train & industry certification for more than 700 practitioners in last 24 months. In the past, I had set up similar institute and program for SAP Hybris in two different organizations with immense success with 30% increase in certification & 25% reduction training cost reduction for respective organizations.
