From navigating corporate culture and being in the workforce, to growing in relationships, to being released from emotional trauma; we know every aspect of our life is effected by our personal experiences and story. Drea engages her audience through interactive sessions by using the power of their voice because she knows that it will allow them to thrive in the lane they have been created to run in.

Drea is an Austin Texas native, living in the thriving city of Dallas Texas. She graduated from The University of North Texas, majoring in Communication Studies with a minor in Marketing and Business to Business Professional Sales.

Drea's highly professional and analytical nature give her access to a wide array of professionals, from C-level executives to your everyday manager and employee. Her heart is to empower all leaders to live with emotional intelligence and authenticity in an age where artificial intelligence and the inability to engage our emotions is increasing at rapid rates.

Through a series challenging events, she found herself continuing to run into the same metaphorical wall. As a voiceless girl who always felt insecure, she struggled with how she could live a life of purpose. Although she switched friends, moved cities, and "started over", her internal disposition never really changed. It was when she realized the power in understanding her narrative, and her voice that she was empowered to live a life of fearless authenticity, leadership and emotional awareness. Now, she empowers others to do the same.
