Bio

I am a retired Military Police Warrant Officer. I have served for 30 years in the Singapore Armed Forces. I have been in security , policing , investigations , various operations , enforcement , leadership and training fields. I want to share my experiences to security agencies , security training academies , and to those who deal with leadership of commanders that lead security and Policing operations.
