I am the Director of The Idea Online School by ESN, where I lead a pioneering high school program that combines academic excellence, emotional development, and real-world skills. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Human Development, a Master’s in Education, and specialized diplomas in pedagogy and human development.
My work focuses on creating innovative programs for teenagers, such as The Enlightenment Block, which brings together entrepreneurship, global awareness, and socio-emotional growth. Beyond working with students, I also specialize in preparing teachers and parents to better understand, guide, and support children and adolescents in today’s fast-changing world.
I believe education is not just about academics, but about shaping resilient, creative, and empathetic human beings. In my talks, I share insights and practical strategies drawn from my experience as an educator, program designer, and mother, offering a human-centered perspective on adolescence, family, and the future of learning.
