Tanika Steele

Tanika Steele is a mother of six, a grandmother of four, an author, public speaker, life coach, and educational consultant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management and Leadership. With over 29 years of experience, Tanika has dedicated her career to working with at risk children and families across Suffolk and Nassau county, Long Island. In the last decade, Tanika has served as a childcare Director and Educational Consultant, designing professional development trainings and workshops for public schools, Head Starts, and pre school programs nationwide. She has conducted literacy workshops for both children and adults in public libraries throughout Long Island and Queens. Tanika is a published author, recognized for her community volunteer work in O Magazine.
