In 2018, Alec Lace, father of four, became distraught over the decline of fatherhood in America. A railroad mechanic by trade and a part-time Uber driver, Alec launched a podcast named First Class Fatherhood, with a vision to change the narrative of what true fatherhood means. His goal was to give dads an opportunity to encourage others by sharing the experiences and wisdom they’ve gained during their respective journeys. The show quickly became one of the top parenting podcasts (over 3 million downloads) thanks to interviews with hundreds of the most recognized fathers in the world from professional sports, media, Hollywood celebrities, politics, the military, and business leaders.
