Adam is an author, speaker who works primarily with men to reconnect to their personal power and life mission. He has honed his coaching and mentorship skills over thirty years’ experience as a chef and hospitality professional.

A natural story teller, Adam’s speaking career was borne of gaining freedom from a lifetime of trying to prove himself worthy.

Following a conversation where the right questions were finally asked, Adam has dedicated himself to paying forward the freedom with which he now lives his life. Adam is also the host of Adam Lamb Radio. Adam’s published works include: Profanity & Its Proper Use, Getting Comfortable with Being Uncomfortable, and An Initiated Man, Finally. His newest book, ‘Circle Jerk – Lessons of Manhood My Father Never Taught Me’ is due out in early 2018
