Adam Gottlich

I am an award-winning behavioural scientist with a passion for understanding human decision-making and influencing people towards making better decisions. I am the Executive Head of Behavioural Science for Africa's largest bank where I lead a team of behavioural scientists who apply the scientific method to influence and predict consumer behaviour. I am also a lecturer at Henley Business School - South Africa's premier business school, where I teach professional students from across the continent about decision-making and behavioural science. I am a member of GAABS (Global Association of Applied Behavioural Scientists) where I have been awarded as the Overall Winner in Applied Behavioural Science for 2023. I have also won awards for various projects completed in contact centres.
