Bio

Ms. Wills is a Bay Area author, speaker, activist and Native/Afro/Euro genealogy researcher at the local and national level. She is a Fellow with Mothers Against Police Brutality; an activist with the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights, Board member of the Borealis Foundation; and a Policy Outreach Leader for Alameda County Fair Chance Housing. She is the author of six books including A Nation of Flaws: Justus in the Homeland, and her latest release, Minqua Unami Okehocking & The Down River Nations. She is a member of the Monacan Indian Nation.
