The L.E.A.D. program is targeted to new and upcoming leaders to learn ‘intentional leadership’ techniques and skills that will help them become proficient. The objective is to build a confident and focused leader that is ready to lead effectively.

This place is called the ‘middle’. Leading from the middle are leadership responsibilities that flow in two directions; upper and downward. As mid-level leaders you have deliverables that flow upwardly to upper-level management as well as deliverables and obligations that roll downwardly to the people you are leading. Leading from the middle is the place where you will grow, develop and prepare yourself one day to be a principal leader.
