Donna Oti

Dr. Donna Oti has worked as a journalist, communication professor, student media adviser, and organizational development consultant. She spent ten years in academia before embarking on a career in Strategic Communication, Leadership, and Organizational Development. She is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Communication and Culture, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in organizational development, training, and research.

A two-time Fulbright Scholar, Donna has also worked for the U. S. Departments of Defense, State and Education. She is passionate about working with diverse cultures. She has delivered presentations in Japan, South Korea, Nigeria, Senegal, Ghana, Guyana, St. Lucia and Thailand. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Communication from Tennessee Technological University, a Master of Arts in Public Communication from the American University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Communication Studies from Howard University.
