“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” This quote by the poet Rumi is my approach to therapy in a nutshell. Change is a constant in our lives and we must embrace this challenge.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the field. My focus is helping individuals recognize and heal from trauma and have healthy relationships with them self and others. My experience includes work in homeless shelters and housing programs, victims services, drug and alcohol, as well as outpatient mental health.
