Mr. Diego Hurtado is the Founder of Navio Property Management, a company built to merge both the real estate and luxury hospitality worlds, with the ultimate objective of bringing the most value to the subject asset while maximizing the return on investment. Diego is also a licensed Realtor © in the State of Florida, specialized in investment properties both within the residential and commercial sectors.
Diego is based out of Miami (Florida) and brings an extensive background in both international hotel management and residential operations. He held several Senior Sales management positions with the Ritz Carlton group in Europe and the Jumeirah Hotel group in Dubai. He later transitioned to the residential real estate field and became Portfolio Regional Manager for both the Archstone Group in Los Angeles and for the Irvine Company in Orange County. His latest endeavors before starting Navio was in Florida as a Senior Director of the Greystar Company and in Washington DC as Senior Vice President of the Saul Urban company.
Diego holds a BA from Indiana University (USA), an MBA in International Hospitality Management from the renowned Hotel School of Lausanne (Switzerland) and a Master of Science in Real Estate Management from the ADM Business School (Spain).
