Rianna Hijlkema

Born and raised in a small Frisian tribe (a stubborn part in the north of The Netherlands), but a true global citizen since 2011.

Rianna is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, motivational speaker, TEDx organiser and full-time traveler who delivers high-energy keynote presentations about empowerment all around the world.

Rianna has lived and worked in 40+ countries on four continents as a teacher-director, postpartum doula, pediatric sleep consultant and CNBC empowerment coach.

Leveraging the unique lessons she learned after several losses and unsuccessful fertility treatments, she now empowers women to take (back) control and design their ideal life.

She’s living proof that you can live an extraordinary life, despite not having what you want the most.
