As the founder and CEO of Bridgewell Professional Services, a Southern California-based leadership development and strategy execution firm, Asia works with leaders to build influence, gain recognition for their contributions, and lead authentically – without overworking, people-pleasing, or compromising their values.

With a background as a strategy expert and a sought-after leadership coach, Asia brings deep expertise in aligning teams and delivering results. At a leading comprehensive cancer center, she led the planning and execution of major organizational initiatives that shaped the institution's future. Earlier in her career, she honed her skills as a management consultant at a global Big 4 firm, guiding leaders to mobilize their teams and execute critical priorities with focus and precision.

Asia earned an MBA and MPA from the University of Southern California and a BS in Management from Pepperdine University. She has advanced certifications in leadership psychology, professional coaching, and strategy execution, giving her a unique perspective on strategy, influence, and the human side of leadership.

When she’s not coaching or speaking, Asia enjoys life in Southern California with her husband, children, and dogs.
