Sarah is an intuitive guide on the journey to your next level of greatness. After suffering almost 2 decades with serious health issues, chronic fatigue, paralyzing pain, waves of depression and feeling completely lost in life, she made a promise to herself to always choose love over fear. She could no longer deny the intensity of her empathic abilities. A curse was turned into a gift when she learned to heal her body & end the suffering in her mind.

After dropping a career in graphic design and following what she was actually passionate about (nutrition & healing) her body began to transform and healed at a rapid rate. She brings nutrition, energy healing, mindset alchemy and forms a bridge for her client’s new, upgraded vision to be manifested, fully realized.

Sarah guides people to discover their unique path to heal their body, master their mind, and step fully into expressing their unique gifts so that they can make their impact in the world.

In 2005, Sarah graduated from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and joined the staff as an instructor and community outreach leader. She has also been trained in Iris Analysis, Medical Mediumship, Applied Kinesiology, & Quantum Techniques. She incorporates systems such as Human Design & Gene Keys to deeply understand her clients. Sarah has presented on nutrition, wellness, mindset, and manifestation all throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. She works with clients virtually and in person.
