Thalia Alexiou is a Greek-American, alternative medicine therapist with over 40 years in the field. She works as an author, instructor and spiritual coach in Saddle Brook and Englewood, New Jersey. She is a self-improvement and life-coaching seminar facilitator in both the US and Europe.
Alexiou is the founder of the Western Mala School of Gratitude, for which she created the Gratitude=Increase methodology. Inspired by the great Greek philosophers, Alexiou founded the Gratitude=Increase methodology based on the science behind gratitude. Her work has culminated in her book, Gratitude=Increase, a methodology interactive workbook and meditation guide for beginning and intermediate practitioners of meditation.
