Romana Kerns-Muhammad has over 24 years of progressively increasing business experience, which includes the study of entrepreneurship in addition to more than twenty two years of applied administrative business knowledge. She is a certified graduate of FINCA USA’s Basic Entrepreneurial Training (BET) program, which qualifies her to organize and head Self Employment Associations (SEAs), organizations of entrepreneurial individuals who gather under FINCA guidelines for small business support and funding.
As a Business Coach, Romana is an advocate of entrepreneurship and the tool it is in creating a better standard of life for those who leverage it. Using a curriculum that she developed, Romana helps youth and women identify and connect their skills, talents, resources and previous vocational experiences to turn those into part or sole-source income opportunities for themselves. Her niche is helping stalled entrepreneurs launch and new entrepreneurs embrace healthy habits that promote personal and business growth. The platforms she uses is the occasional webcast/teleseminar, Sister’s Please Mind Your Own Business, onsite Sister’s Entrepreneurship conferences and one-on-one coaching.
Romana is a skilled jewelry artisan and Owner/Founder of Just Naturally Cute Things (JNCT)…by Romana. As an avid beading artist with a strong knack for wire work and developed skill in metalsmithing, she enjoys drawing from the limitless inspiration of nature in creating beautiful jewelry prominently featuring natural elements.
Other ventures founded by Romana include; Imagine You! Consulting Agency, Modesty Defined Islamic Fashion Council of America, LLC and USA Islamic Fashion Week, Muslimahs United To Serve, KKing’s Image Agency (KI) and the curriculum for an 8-Week Program, D I S C I P L E S, used to equip youth with the skills needed to become positive contributors in their local communities.
