I am the founder of ‘The Change Hive’, a business change consulting firm. I help growth-stage businesses scale faster and sustainably by standardising their business and change management processes.
I most recently helped VC-Funded Payment Processor expand into the MENA region and an enterprise Tax SaaS software company into the Chinese market. I also led the digital transformation programme at EAB, a boutique Arab bank. I have been listed on UK Top 100 Computing Weekly Most Influential Women in Technology since 2019.
I am passionate about change and people – I am a business mentor on the Prince’s Trust Next Step Programme – where I help young entrepreneurs get their business ready for seed funding.
I hold an Executive MBA from London Business School. And, First Class, and Distinction Degrees in Computer Science.
