After receiving my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification I instructed the warmups at 2 of our JDRF Walk (5000 people).

I have gone on to receive my 550 hour YT Certificate and Reiki mastership, and I'm now in school learning Yoga Therapy. All to bring deeper healing to my community
