Personal Details

Bio

I have over 25 years’ experience of working in the tertiary, creative, and community sectors including as a manager, project manager, trainer, arts manager, choreographer and performer.

I specialise in leading discussions, creative interventions and workshops that help people navigate their way past groupthink, discover shared values, and invigorate imagination. I do this through conducting workshops, facilitating discussions, co-creating plans, and giving presentations.

Conversations of Intrigue

What is your organisation’s narrative?

What is the story of your organisation’s culture?

What does it mean? How can you identify it, understand it, build on it or change it?

In this keynote Meredith will show you how to use stories from art and entertainment - books, films, TV shows, paintings - to create meaningful dialogue within your team.

Learn how to harness the innate love of narrative that humans enjoy to go beyond group think, identify shared values, and create new strategies.

Project Design and Creativity - finding the wriggle room

As an experienced arts manager Meredith has developed an approach to project managing creative and innovative projects that balances the need for adhering to business process and creating room for creative experimentation. In this keynote she will share this approach.
