Their translation services cover several languages such as Mandarin, Arabic, and Italian. Natalie attributes his success to his willingness to be a novice in different fields and his tenacity in learning new things. He also believes that having a positive influence such as a role model can significantly influence one's success. He credits his success to his mentor and business partner, who is ten years his senior who has helped him grow both his professional and personal life. He loves reading and believes education is paramount for success. It is for this reason that he is passionate about charities that work on similar projects, such as Book Aid International.
