Azucar Lary

Azucar is the Co-Founder of GenCore Leadership and Founder of Genesa CPA Corp. in 2017, which was originally Alan J Lary Inc. from 1996-2016. The accounting firm was built from his vision of empowerment that would provide a foundation of continuous growth, guiding entrepreneurs and their families to new depths of success and fulfillment. His message of empowerment spread beyond his business practice, as he dedicated much of his time in coaching kid's soccer teams into success. Through an extensive journey of personal development work, it was a natural progression for Azucar to transition into the role of Lead Mentor and Facilitator at GenCore Leadership. His role as a mentor is to be a catalyst for clarity, growth and removing hindrances to one's potential.
