Courtney Quinn

Courtney Quinn has spoken to groups that range in size from 700+ attendees to 10 or less. She has a versatile, scalable approach to crowd size that leaves the audience feeling engaged, no matter how many people are in the room.

Courtney prides herself on her intimate, conversational approach to presenting, which incorporates call-and-response methodology and as much experiential work as is practical for the setting and topic.

Ms. Quinn's approach is energizing, engaging, and light-hearted. She loves to employ humor in her presentations.

Courtney Quinn was born in Minneapolis, MN, with an insatiable lust for life. She became accomplished at running with scissors at a young age, so she decided to up the ante. She opened a small business as a Marketing Consultant. Then she became a United States Marine with a specialty in Cybersecurity. She found time to run for elected office and she got her Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science from the University of Maryland. Now she is a certified Life Coach and a published author.

Clearly, Courtney has no chill.

Courtney has weathered two marriages and two divorces, single parenting a young child, being a woman in male-dominated careers, and always going big while never going home.

She recently realized that many people are looking for answers on how they can improve their lives and felt called to share her personal transformation story to help inspire and uplift the world. She then wrote Living From The Heart, which is her first book.

Courtney’s personal hobbies include laughing as much as humanly possible, petting all cats and birds within an arm’s length, writing with too many adverbs, and traveling anywhere she possibly can with her adorable but precocious daughter. She currently lives in Southern California.
