Experienced in Special, Covert, Psychological, undercover and Surveillance operations.

Initially assigned to the Continental Intelligence Command. Secondary assignment to the 6th Special Forces Group (Airborne). Classified studies on Terrorists with the Special Forces. Personal accomplishments: Drove a hand-built Morgan sports car in the SCCA club competition, was a member of the Pope Air Force Base Sports Car Club, trained with the Fort Bragg track team. Involved with the Green Berets, training to invade the Middle East. Joined the 12th Special Forces Group (Airborne) in the Army Reserves, serving as Intelligence NCO on an “A-Team”, Delta Force aspirations, leaving the Reserves in 1983. Active with multiple Theater productions, including a Sailor in the production of “South Pacific”.

INTELLIGENCE SECTOR; Republic of Vietnam – 10th Psychological Operations Battalion, Can Tho RVN Recruited as Intelligence Operative. Attended classified briefings at the 4th Corp Headquarters. Classified documents courier. Weekly Guard Duty. Crew member to 57 Air Combat Missions. Authored monthly intelligence summaries for the 10th Battalion, for higher headquarters. Personal Responsibilities: Served as liaison between collecting and distributing classified documents between the 4th Corp Headquarters, the C.I.A. station, the Army Security Agency Operations Center, the AVRN Chu Hoi Operations Center, and the Can Tho Army Airfield Post Office. Daily Commander summary briefings of classified documentation. Monthly courier of large sums of money for the U.S. Army Intelligence Division. Homicide Detective/P.I

Public Defender System; Jefferson County / Union, Missouri / Clayton, Missouri.

Immediately following commencement training began advising Senator Tom Eagleton’s Campaign Manager, along with both the former Prosecuting Attorney and Public Defender for Jefferson County. Met the investigative needs of the Jefferson County Bar, civil and criminal defense teams. Conducted hundreds of criminal investigations, including many homicides. Additional cases ranged from undercover duties to bodyguard assignments. Employed in hundreds of surveillance, civil trial investigations and trial preparations for civil and criminal matters, of the most serious nature, including Jefferson County, MO vs. Isle of Capri Casino, where 100 million dollars was at stake. Concerning this matter, was retained independently by Ropes and Grey LLP Legal Professionals out of Boston, MA.
