For the first 8+ years of my career, I helped businesses communicate with their audiences, authentically and with impact. My life was in the digital world, obsessed with getting more attention from people on their phone or computer screens.
But something was missing. I noticed we all began spending our lives in our screens and not in the world. So now I teach people how to live their best lives, do their best work and be there best selves.
It begins and ends with mindfulness, gratitude and love. :)
