As leadership trainer and speaker I’m inspired to help management teams and leaders to succeed as holistic leaders - balance human needs and achieve results in a systematic and effective way. I'm strong at the same time in both building the fresh leaders' basic skills and competences and supporting experienced leaders to make strategic changes in the organization.

I’m a strong believer that the best leadership culture is a crucial factor of success of our societies. I’m inspired to develop Estonia as a country with best leadership competences to be a global example in the private and public sector.

I’ve been in leadership and trainer roles for around 15 years. I’ve led strategic visionary processes, reshaped the management teams and set up systematic work routines. By The Gallup StrengthsFinder my 5 main strengths are Connectedness, Input, Intellection, Futuristic and Relator. I believe that when people focus on their strengths, they’re strong and if they focus on their weaknesses they stay always weak.
