As a high energy speaker, I offer professional development workshops for leaders, teachers, parents counselors, and administrators onconnecting with other in the classroom, board room or family room. These sessions highlight best practices in learning, memory, developmental psychology and communcation techniques that are supported by the latest in neuroscience.

I direct an educational counseling program for over 800 students and serve as one of the building leaders, focusing on a holistic approach to leadership my modeling, empathetic communication, authenticity and collaborative goal-setting

As a graduate school instructor, I educate and support leaders-in-training in the Organizational Leadership Program, as well instructing professional school counselors-in-training through lecture, multimedia presentations, role-plays, experiential activities, videotape analysis, and traditional assessments.
