With a background in Applied Psychology, I spent the early part of my career in Organisational Transformation. I advised FTSE100 companies on all areas of People Development including; Leading through Change, Teamwork, Innovation and Leadership.

In my time in the not-for-profit sector, I led highly successful Fundraising and Marketing teams in some of the UK’s most loved charity brands including; Alzheimer’s Society, Make-A-Wish UK and Macmillan Cancer Support.

Now, as a professional coach and facilitator, I help individuals and teams to find their mojo through;
