Hello! We are Robby and Morgan Maxey, the founders of The Maxey Co., which is an organization we created to help people better understand themselves and others through Enneagram education. We love sports, the outdoors, our hometown of Sacramento, and helping others maximize their relationships through the power of the Enneagram!

We explain the Enneagram through stories of our personal lives and marriage to deliver an exciting and relatable presentation that leaves our audience prepared to utilize the Enneagram in their everyday lives.

We have presented to universities, businesses, churches, and have also been featured on several podcasts. Morgan was just featured on the SHE podcast hosted by Jordan Lee Dooley, one of the leading self-help podcasts in the nation.
