Gina Heumann

Gina Heumann is a true Renaissance woman: wife, mother, architect, designer, professor, author, speaker, and adoption advocate. Gina's first book, Love Never Quits: Surviving & Thriving After Infertility, Adoption, and Reactive Attachment Disorder, was released in 2019 and was recognized with a Gold Level Parent's Choice Award. This memoir follows the journey of one family to overcome a serious and frightening mental illness in their youngest son, who was neglected by his foster mom before his adoption from Guatemala. Gina is a TEDx speaker, available for keynote addresses, workshops, and book clubs; and speaks on the topics of infertility, adoption, reactive attachment disorder, mental health, parenting, and resilience.
