Marvin Chambers is a seasoned Executive/Leadership coach, Global Speaker, Talent Strategist, Human Resources Executive, and Author with 25+ years of executive level experience working with leaders and talent at all levels in world-class organizations including The Coca-Cola Company, W.R. Grace & Co., EY, AT&T, and NCR Corporation.
His mission is to inspire leaders to discover their voice, fulfill their promise and unleash their truth to the world. Marvin helps leaders to embrace the notion that they do not have to fit into the world, they can let the world know who they are and allow the world to fit around them. Marvin’s aim is to enable leaders to be the change and difference they desire in their homes, schools, communities, and workplaces.
Leaders often find something is getting in the way of their success and Marvin helps remove the barriers --- it may be confidence, lack of practical tools, limited exposure, inadequate accountability or a feeble strategy and playbook that allows them to maximize their performance and focus, build their credibility and competence, and illuminate their character.
Marvin earned a Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from James Madison University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources Management from The George Washington University.
He is a Certified Professional Coach and Certified Energy Leadership Index – Master Practitioner through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). He is also a credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Marvin is much more than a coach, speaker and business consultant. He is devoted husband and father. He is a leader in his family and community, often serving as a youth coach in three different sports as well as Board Member for the Key of Solace Youth Empowerment Program and Mentor/Coach for Year Up Baltimore. These organizations are focused on bridging the education and economic divide in urban communities. He enjoys reading, traveling, golfing, and go cart racing.
