Crystal Castle

Crystal Castle is a speaker, author, mindfulness, meditation and self-empowerment coach and the founder of Mindful Shift, an organization that helps to elevate global awareness. She has spent the last 10 years helping trauma survivors to take back their own power and enjoy a life of freedom and joy! She lives in Mid-Michigan with the loves of her life, her husband Jeff, and their rescue animals.
