Rebecca Regnier

Hi, I’m Rebecca—certified holistic health teacher/practitioner, public speaker, and Founder of True Self Care.

Of course, my career didn’t start here. I spent nearly 20 years leading national sales and account management for major media and entertainment corporations (Brit + Co, Turner Broadcasting, Funny or Die). I built tightknit relationships with Fortune 500 clients, crushed sales goals, drove multi-million-dollar revenues, managed large, amazing teams. I was a total success by anyone’s standards. The problem was, I didn’t see myself as one. The “record stop” moment of my life came in a personal development workshop, when I realized I had let negative self-talk control my experience of life. That moment led me to dive headfirst into emotional intelligence leadership training, and soon after, into holistic wellness. As I learned more and began to integrate true self care practices into my life, it became clear that I was meant to share this knowledge. And the more I shared, the more I saw people experiencing measurable, life-changing results!

In 2015, I founded and launched a successful public speaking business, Team Flawsome, where I combined my expertise in sales and branding with my newfound leadership training to facilitate emotional intelligence workshops and teambuilding exercises for corporate clients.

Today, through True Self Care, I continue to inspire people to overcome self-sabotage, and to connect with their inner selves through daily self-care rituals. I host public and corporate workshops, lead powerful energy healing and activation sessions, and create unique self-care products designed to nurture mind, body, and spirit. I am passionate about leading large groups and individuals to uncover their true desires and illuminate the path forward towards achieving personal, professional, and team goals!
