With over two decades of experience across industries and sectors, Sandy has designed and delivered programs that help teams transform awareness into action and communication into measurable results. Certified as an ICF-OD Coach (PCC), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she brings analytical rigor and behavioral insight together — bridging strategy and human systems to create meaningful, lasting change.
