Empowerment Speaker, Author, Youth Advisor and Consultant, Valerie is also the author of the best-selling books

“God's Divine Intervention” (2002), a literary account of her life-threatening event; Valerie was shot by her husband three times once in the head and twice in the arm. Nothing short of a miracle she survived and now is an Overcomer, empowering, inspiring and impacting others to live beyond what has happened to them. “Sweet Oil From A Broken Vessel” (2006); and “Heart’s Desire” (2010). Williams is a dedicated advocate against domestic violence against women, and she is determined to bring awareness and education to our youth, the next generation. Valerie was appointed to Governor's Board Member for the Georgia Commisson on Family Violence in 2010. Valerie has presented, lectured and shared her story in countless

workshops and presentations, including school systems, universities, community organizations and faith-based organizations. (Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Women Shelters Worldwide, Fort Valley University, Albany State University, Clark Atlanta University, Mayport Naval Base, Public Schools, FL and GA Juvenile Detention Center) to name a few. Developed curriculum for local Boys and Girls Club Teen Center for Teen Girl Power Group focusing on abstience, self-worth and self-esteem.
