Sophia Downs

Sophia Downs is a professional Motivational Speaker who speaks on a variety of topics for audiences big and small. She has shared the stage with Treyvon Martin’s father, Tracy Martin, Missouri Congressman William Lacy Clay, Jr. and a host of various churches. Her mission is to make a positive impact in the lives of others, and is proud to make a living by inspiring, motivating and challenging people from all different backgrounds.

With a strategic approach combined with an outside-the-box perspective, Sophia helps people break through barriers and challenges, overcome doubts and take a large stride towards achieving their goals. She is Simply Sophia.

Sophia Downs is an ordained Youth Pastor where she serves, locally, in Saint Louis, Mo for the past four years. She volunteers her time in mentoring youth and adults. She gives Career Services workshops and motivate youth to 'strive for greater' based on Christian principles. She has spoken for, and have been the guest speaker or a host of churches. She was a ga well-known and passionate Motivational Speaker, specializes in providing insights, guidance and enthusiasm tailored to fit the unique needs of each audience. She was a guest speaker and motivator for the Youth Departments of the State and National Baptist Conventions at a younger age.
