I have extensive speaking experience with audiences large and small, in countries across the globe. I speak at public seminars, conferences, and corporate, community, education and private events. I speak to teach, to inspire and to enable successful people and organizations to become even more successful.

25+ years’ experience setting Global Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management and Training & Development strategies aligned with business strategy Passionate about building world class talent and organizational culture, identifying and nurturing key talent, assuring succession management, developing and coaching leaders, optimizing teams, leading change ---- and ultimately maximizing engagement, retention and stakeholder return. I have trained thousand of professionals and coached hundreds of leaders.

As the co-founder and Managing Partner of Harris Whitesell Consulting, I live my passion for providing advanced expertise in leadership solutions, organizational transformation and executive coaching as an external consulting partner to leaders and organizations. Previously spent 10 years as Global Head, Executive Director of Global Organizational Effectiveness, HR for PPD, a leading CRO with ~23,000 employees worldwide and 46 countries worldwide.
