CJ McClanahan

CJ McClanahan is a speaker, business coach and author who specializes in helping Type A, overachieving professionals shift from simply chasing success to actually enjoying all their hard work.

After beginning his career at Arthur Andersen, his corporate career included responsibility for managing operations, finance, IT and sales management.

In 2003, CJ followed his entrepreneurial heart and started his own business coaching firm. He has worked with hundreds of talented executives, helping them achieve record sales and profits. Most importantly, he's developed a proven system for helping them get off the treadmill and reassess their priorities while continuing to further their professional careers. He shares this passion with corporate teams, conferences and conventions across the country.

CJ lives in Fishers, IN, with his wife, Nicole, and two children.
