I have to say that attending the Mind, Body, & Spirit Workshop was a great experience to me! I was able to learn about the things I have always been interested in and things that I did not know about as well, it was very educational. I have been suffering from anxiety (unfortunately) and I believe that what I've learned from this workshop will help me get some relief. I am excited to create my own "Peaceful" space and use the methods that Jessica has taught me. I would definitely recommend attending one of her workshops. I am looking forward to her next one and will definitely be attending it as well. :)
