Bio

After being asked for years by her clients how she always seemed to remain at peace regardless of what was happening around her, Cindy Nolte was motivated to write her best-selling book, Finding Peace in an Out of Control World: A How-to Book on Being at Peace Regardless of What Life Throws Your Way. Only months after her book was published, she was tested to apply her principles when her husband was diagnosed with lung cancer.

Cindy Nolte is a television talk show host, keynote speaker, and founder of Fresh Look on Life. While working in training and development, her desire for a more balanced life led her to study complementary modalities. She is a certified hypnotist, past life regression hypnotist, hypnosis instructor, and energy practitioner. Knowing the benefits of mindfulness from practicing it personally, she was incorporating mindfulness in the work place before it was a buzz phrase.

Stressing balance as a key factor in wellness, Cindy also insists it is paramount in our effectiveness and productivity in the work place. She combines her 20 years of experience in training and development with her background in complementary modalities to offer a unique approach to solving today’s organizational obstacles as well as delivers uplifting keynote speeches. Cindy is a finalist in the NJ Leading Women Entrepreneurs and will be featured in an upcoming NJ Monthly Magazine.
